Owner

Matthew is a native Neapolitan and grew up in the construction industry. He took over Sunwest Homes in 2018 after his stepfather John Payne retired. Matt has extensive experience with remodels, additions and custom homes. Matt works directly with clients at every stage of building.

Mary Payne is a veteran of the construction industry in SW Florida, having worked for Sunwest Homes for more than three decades. Her expertise includes financial and office administration. Clients find her breadth of knowledge about home design and local vendors especially helpful when making choices for their custom homes.
